Oz radar stations info

We are attempting to identify the radar stations in Oz in order to determine which instruments are in use at the particular station and the involvement with global weather programs, Australian IPS programs, the HAARP program, and whatever other weather observation and manipulation programs Australia is involved with. We need to look beyond observation of the continuous radar anomalies, to interpret where the beams, lines, circles and shooting pulses are actually coming from and their implications. Please feel free to submit any further information as it comes to hand. This is only a start.

The following is a quick interpretation of instruments used for various programs involved with atmospheric ‘observation’ and directly linked to the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP).  If you do not know what that is, please feel free to Google HAARP, and you will get a good idea why there is a concern.

Nexion – Next generation ionosondes. An ionosonde is a vertical incident radar used to obtain information about the ionosphere directly overhead. It collects local ionospheric measurements using a transmitter that sweeps through the medium and high freqeuncy radio bands. The nexion system will analyse the signals reflected from the ionosphere and provide it to the AIR FORCE WEATHER AGENCY (AFWA) via the NIPRET to be ingested into the new generation Global Assimilative Ionopsheric Model (GAIM) DPS-4.

The following notation was found on one of the sites pertaining to the receivers of the NWC transmitter: could this explain the anomalous radar “circles” we see appear so often?
